Truly a delicious and versatile loaf, it is perfect for sandwiches, toast, an accompaniment to any meal, or paired with heart farmer's or goat cheese, as a scrumptious meal in itself.
Everything Onion Rye

This hearty and moist loaf brings to mind the plethora of flavors found in a well made "everything" bagel. The pungent mix of fresh onions, sesame and poppy seeds, and aromatic caraway make for a truly enjoyable loaf.
Raisin Walnut Multi Grain

Possibly the most satisfying bread you've ever consumed, this loaf features our signature organic nine grain blend, (rye chops, oats, triticale, barley, spelt, millet, corn, flax, and vetch) with the enhancing addition of garbanzo beans, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and raisins. As if that wasn't enough to satisfy even the most complex palette, we have also added raw honey for a subtle, multi-layered sweetness that is hard to surpass. *Warning: one bite of this sourdough starter- based glory may lead to the official boycott of all other multi grain breads!
Multi Grain Bread

This hearty loaf features our signature, organic nine grain blend (rye chops, oats, triticale, barley, spelt, millet, corn, flax, and vetch) which provides for satisying texture, and a lasting feeling of fulfillment.
