How long is freshly milled flour good for?

It depends on how you store it!

First, it should always be stored in an airtight container.

Then it will last:

3 months in climate controlled room temperature.

6 months in the refrigerator.

9 months in the freezer.

That being said, it’s always best to use it sooner rather than later to get the full nutritional value and flavor.

Do you allow pick-ups at your farm?

Yes! You can place your order here on our website and pick up at the farm Monday through Friday 10-4.

Do you have a farm store?

We have a small showcase of our products at the mill which you can visit Monday through Friday 10-4.

(It’s still a good idea to place a pick up order on the website ahead of time. That way we can have it ready for you )

Are your grains organic?

We use organic grains from certified organic farms but we don’t have our own organic certification.
